TRASCCON Interconnection Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading player in manufacturer of Electrical Interconnection systems such as Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical Looms, Cabinet wiring and Electromechanical Integrations.
We cater to Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Medical, Railways and Industrial applications. We are AS 9100 REV D & ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Scope: “The Manufacture of cable harness, Electrical looms, wiring of electrical & electronic panels, cabinet integration involving PCB’s and development of testing fixtures”.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics to determine cable and harness layouts, components, and specifications.
Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and cables as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
Assemble and route cables and wires according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
Use hand tools, such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and soldering irons, to perform necessary operations.
Ensure the proper placement and securing of cables, wires, and connectors to prevent damage or interference.
Inspect and test cables and harnesses for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
Identify and rectify any errors or issues during assembly and testing processes.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment and keep track of inventory and supplies.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma, ITI or equivalent.
Freshers or Previous experience working with cable harnesses or in a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions effectively.
Knowledge of wire stripping, crimping, and soldering techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment commonly used in cable harness assembly.
Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from supervisors.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot and rectify issues effectively.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to safety procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Meet with clients to present company capabilities, follow up on ongoing projects, and drive RFQ (Request for Quotation) generation.
Interpret and understand customer requirements; collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop customized solutions.
Prepare quotations in coordination with Engineering and SCM, ensuring accurate costing and competitive pricing to maximize win probability.
Lead negotiations for purchase orders and contract finalization, balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.
Coordinate with the Inside Sales (Customer Support) team to ensure seamless post-sales service and support.
Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any billing issues in coordination with the finance team.
Manage key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and solution offerings for long-term partnerships.
Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to prepare actionable reports.
Maintain and regularly update a customer database, including contact details of all relevant stakeholders.
Generate opportunities for customized products and solutions by closely mapping customer needs and upcoming projects.
Monitor and document competitor activities, products, and pricing for strategic planning.

Any degree

Experience Required: –
Minimum 03 years experience required in manufacturing industry, preferably in cable harness industry
